Georgia Immunization Registry (GRITS)

Mission & Vision

The Georgia Immunization Registry is designed to collect and maintain accurate, complete and c zzuybgbx. Canada Goose Mennurrent vaccination records to promote effective and cost-efficient disease prevention and control. The Georgia Immunization Registry law, passed in 1996 and expanded by House Bill 1526, requires reporting by " any person who administers a vaccine or vaccines licensed for use by the United States Food and Drug Administration to a person." Several options are available for submitting immunization records to the Registry. Georgia's immunization providers also have quick and easy access to immunization records on individuals and able to generate a variety of reports on their immunization status.

  • Assist providers and public health officials in reminding individuals when they or their children need or are past due for vaccination(s)

Hunter Education

All hunters born on or after Jan. 1, 1961 must successfully complete a hunter education course before purchasing a hunting license. Hunter education is not required if purchasing an Apprentice License or short-term license, if you are hunting on your own land, or if you are hunting pen raised game birds on a licensed shooting preserve.

Game Check

All deer and turkey hunters are required to check their harvest through Georgia Game Check. Game can be checked at, by calling 1-800-366-2661 or on the GA Outdoors App.
